If you are new to Darujme.cz, it can be hard to find your way around at first. We have prepared videos to help you master the administration. You can find all of them on our YouTube channel in the Help video playlist. If you are not a fan of training sessions and webinars, have no time to attend them or do not enjoy wading through written help, these videos are the most efficient way to get an overview.
1 - My profile
In the first video you will learn:
- how to find your way around the My profile section of the administration - the environment seen by both donors and organization administrators
- how to change the personal details and password of your profile
- how to turn on two-factor login for your account
- where donors find their donations and donation certificates
- where an ambassador starts and manages a personal fundraiser
- how to enter or leave the organization's administration
2 - Top menu
In the second video you will find out:
- what a donation project and a personal fundraiser are
- what you can find in the Donations section - search, filter, export, donation certificates, the detail of an individual donation, payout statements
- what you can find in the Account management section - sending an invitation to administer the organization and editing the roles of account administrators
- how to change the details shown to the public and those used for communication with Darujme.cz
- how to add another bank account number to which we can send your donations
- how to upload your own code of ethics or personal data processing terms
3 - How to create a donation project
The third video walks you through:
- how to create a donation project from start to finish
- we do not cover advanced settings here, perhaps in future videos
- without a donation project you cannot start collecting money, so this is the be-all and end-all
4 - Donation widget
In the fourth video you will learn how to:
- create and edit a donation widget
- embed it on your website
