Darujme.cz is an independent, non-commercial project run by nonprofit organizations for nonprofit organizations. To cover the day-to-day operation and development of the service, nonprofit organizations are charged the following fees:

The percentage fee is determined by the total turnover of donations sent to the organization through Darujme.cz over the last 12 months. With each regular weekly/monthly settlement, the turnover for the last 12 months is automatically recalculated for every organization. The fee for that week/month is then charged according to the band the organization falls into. You can find your current fee in your admin account, in the Donations overview section.
In exceptional situations, we can also issue an extraordinary settlement at the organization's request. In that case, the turnover is again recalculated according to that settlement.
Operating fee — a percentage amount that covers the costs associated with receiving, administering and forwarding a donation and that is deducted from the total donation amount. These fees allow us to remain independent, scalable and efficient. They cover the necessary costs of running and developing the platform, processing donation payments and providing everyday support to all target groups. The fees already include all bank, card and other similar charges.
