Affidavit
A confirmation that you meet the registration requirements – signed by the organization's statutory representative.
Proof of bank account
A scan of the agreement or a confirmation of the account to which we will send the donations you collect.
Annual report
A link to your published annual report including the financial statements, or to your activity and financial report. Are you a new organization? Then an affidavit that you will publish one is enough.
