Want to save time and always have your Darujme.cz data at hand without having to export it manually? Learn to transfer data automatically with Make!

Over the past year, we have offered you the option of manually exporting data about your donations and donors from our administration to the e-mailing tools Smartemailing and Ecomail. Now we have expanded the export options with automation using the Make tool. We have created a module in it for connecting to the Darujme.cz API, so anyone can automate importing data into their own system. And what's more, without needing to know how to program, and free of charge in the basic plan.

In the webinar, we will show you step by step how to set up automated data transfer using Make yourself – no programming required.

What you will learn:

• How to set up the connection between Darujme.cz and Make

• How to create your first scenario and start the automation

• How to send data automatically to Smartemailing, Ecomail, Excel or Google Sheets

• How to connect Darujme.cz with other services according to your needs

At the end, there will also be room for your specific questions and scenarios.

Lecturer: Petra Paříková (Head of Engagement & Online Fundraising at OBRAZ - Obránci zvířat) + workshop facilitation by consultant Jiří Krupa

Better and bigger! Just like last year, we will focus mainly on a refresher before the main year-end season. Or, to put it another way: if animal organizations can do it, there's no reason others can't.

The in-person workshop led by Petra Paříková, Head of Engagement & Online Fundraising at OBRAZ - Obránci zvířat, will be facilitated by consultant Jiří Krupa. Petra will walk you step by step through her campaign from last year (350 recurring donors!) and Jiří will complement it not only with tips and tricks from around the world, but above all will guide you through a library of materials prepared for workshop participants to study.

The workshop is intended both for those who have not yet touched on this topic and for those who want to refresh their knowledge during the final preparations of their own campaign.

Without data, you are shooting in the dark. With data, you can target, optimize and grow. Join the first part of our two-part webinar, where we will walk you step by step through setting up tracking in Darujme.cz – and show you how to start collecting data for your fundraising.

• You will learn why analytics is the key to effective fundraising.

• We will show the differences between tracking at the level of the whole organization and of individual projects.

• You will learn to set up Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, Google Ads and Sklik.

• We will present a template for quickly deploying tracking via a Google Sheet.

• We will point out the most common mistakes to avoid.

This first webinar of the two-part series will be led by Michal Kvapil from Darujme.cz. The goal is to set up the tracking tools correctly so that data starts flowing – data you will use in the second part with expert David Kulhánek from the Signals agency, which will take place about a month later and focus on analyzing and using data in practice.

ATTENTION - IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE WEBINAR:
Before the webinar, it is necessary/recommended to have a Google Analytics 4 account set up. You will find detailed instructions here: How to set up a GA4 account.

After setting up your GA4 account, we recommend that you start collecting data before the webinar takes place. That way, you will already have donor data from Darujme available, which you will then display in your report. A clear guide on how to start tracking with GA4 within Darujme.cz can be found here.

At the end, there will be room for your questions – so bring your own campaigns along and set things up with us.

Learn step by step how to create a successful fundraising campaign with Darujme.cz. First, we will briefly cover the basics of online fundraising and go through the individual building blocks of a successful campaign.

In the second part of the webinar, we will click through creating your first donation page, show you personal and corporate campaigns and prepare a donation widget for your website. We will accompany everything with examples of good practice. During the webinar, you will get tips on apps that will help you create campaigns and find out where to continue your education in the field.

The webinar is ideal for:

– Those who want to launch their first fundraising campaign
– Anyone interested in deepening their knowledge and kick-starting their fundraising motivation
