Return of sculpture "The Winged Arrow" to the roof of the Škoda Palace in Prague

Support us! The Czech National Trust has set itself the goal of returning the well-known 1930s sculpture by Otto Gutfreund called the "Arrow" (the Škoda brand) to the roof of the Škoda Palace in Jungmannova Street in Prague 1. This beautiful sculpture was truly monumetal - 8.49 x 3.6 m. In addition to its considerable artistic merit, the sculpture depicts the well-known Czech industrial trademark of Škoda, which is the subject of considerable national pride. The media in the Czech Republic are following the reconstruction with interest, and its successful completion will be a visible achievement for all those who contribute. The estimated cost of the replica, including installation is 4.5 - 5 million CZK (+VAT).
