The current situation in the cultural sector has presented us with an unexpected challenge that threatens the continued operation of our resident ensemble. We are seeking new ways to sustain our existence and, through our work, continue to foster the development of contemporary dance in the Czech Republic. Join the LV&C Community. Thank you for your support and trust!
Our productions are true human stories told through precise movement, emotion, and the courage to take risks.
Lenka Vagnerová & Company is more than just an ensemble. It is a stable organism—the only one on the Czech independent scene that provides its dancers with employment and a permanent foundation despite the uncertainty of the world around us. We believe that world-class art cannot be created in makeshift conditions.
Your support is more than just a financial contribution. It is an expression of trust in our vision and an investment in the development of modern dance theatre. We are building a company in the Czech Republic with an international reach. Our goal is to establish an artistic hub in Prague that naturally resonates on the global stage through its quality and courage to innovate, pushing the boundaries of what modern dance theatre can convey.

To nurture and develop top-tier performers.
Innovate Czech dance: To connect dance with world-class creators and artists.

About us:
Lenka Vagnerová & Company – Dance theatre rooted in Prague
We are a non-profit cultural organization that has been systematically pushing the boundaries of contemporary dance theatre since its founding in 2012. Our original works are characterized by exceptional artistic quality and a unique creative signature that organically bridges dance with other theatrical forms. We bring together top-tier personalities – dancers, musicians, and visual artists.
We operate the LV&C_STUDIO8 residency and educational center, which serves as a hub for creation, workshops, and professional training. We offer internships to individuals, European school students, and Erasmus+ participants. We actively foster the growth of emerging dance talent.
Our productions regularly tour worldwide stages and festivals. We hold numerous awards, including the UK’s Herald Angel Award, and have earned 14 nominations for the prestigious Czech Thalia Awards. We consistently bring world-class creative directors and artists to the Czech Republic.
