Cold water wakes you up — women and men alike!

Every week I step into the icy Vltava — voluntarily.
And I do it because Forum 50% “hardened” me years ago more than any river ever could.

The amazing work of women and men at Forum 50% helps empower women!

I started as a mentee, became a course participant, then a mentor, and eventually a supporter. Thanks to the Forum, I learned to be assertive, proactive, and socially engaged. It taught me not to fear the cold — neither in the water nor in society.

Now I want to give that energy back.
