Both Mili and I are deeply passionate about supporting children’s growth and creating meaningful experiences that nurture their natural curiosity and playfulness.
But The Playful Book is more than just publishing a book It’s a living project — bringing art therapy, meditation trails, and creative tools to both children and seniors, helping them reconnect with joy, creativity, and inner peace.

The world is loud; we provide the quiet. The Playful Book uses art therapy to help children and seniors find inner calm. We are currently developing a new sound book to deepen this experience. Why This Project Matters
Today’s world places many demands on children and seniors alike: noise, stress, fast pace, and little space to pause and listen to one’s own emotions. We believe that:
everyone has the right to slow down, take a breath, and connect with their inner world
developing emotional intelligence helps improve relationships, self-confidence, and long-term well-being
childhood experiences and environments that encourage the senses, art, and play leave a lasting impression

Facilitate art therapy sessions for children and seniors: Gatherings that foster empathy, creativity, and intergenerational understanding through shared artistic expression and play.
Complete The Playful Book: An original tool that promotes relaxation, inner peace, and joy. It combines stories, meditation, music, and art at the touch of a button. The book is unique in that it is completely wordless and universally understandable—it connects children across cultures. Instead of text and spoken words, it contains inspiring illustrations accompanied by music and sound effects. We will take care of the publication and distribution of the book not only to those who purchase it, but also to children's homes and retirement homes.

How you can help:
1. Become a Patron – 2.000 € Be the driving force behind The Playful Book A donation of 2.000 € will cover a key part of the production and distribution of The Playful Book (printing, sound post-production, lecturer trips). Thanks to you, we will organize several meetings between children and seniors and expand the meditation path to other cities.
Donors will receive: acknowledgment in the book/website credits, a Patron certificate, and the opportunity to attend a workshop.
2. Meditation path made of reflexology mandalas – 1.000 €
Give children and seniors a sensory path. The package includes 15 massage 3D tiles + shipping within the Czech Republic. It creates a "meditation path" that promotes concentration, fine motor skills, and calmness. We will use it in workshops in schools, retirement homes, and children's homes. Donors will receive: a donor certificate with photos of the meditation path and the location where it was created. (If you would like to order this path for your home, please write your address in the notes. We will contact you to choose massage tiles from a catalog).
3. Art therapy workshop for 20 children – 600 € One afternoon that changes their inner world. You finance a complete 2.5-hour workshop (instructor + assistant, materials, transportation). Children develop their senses through playful art therapy, discover how to use meditation in everyday life, experience sharing, and take home their own mandala made from gifts of nature with a feeling of gratitude. Donors will receive: A personal thank you in the newsletter for supporting the development of children's creativity and inner balance. 4. Support for our association's monthly operations – 200 €
Keep the heart of the project beating every month. (You can set up a regular monthly payment.) You will contribute to the coordination of lecturers, material supplies, travel expenses, and administration. This allows us to provide ongoing assistance and plan further events. Donors will receive: A digital donor certificate – as a token of our appreciation and gratitude.
5. Goodwill gift certificate – 100 €
Give 5 children art therapy at the Children's Home.
One certificate covers the participation of five children in the art therapy program. Donors will receive: a wonderful, meaningful gift – a personalized PDF certificate to give to the recipient and a thank you note.

6. Membership in "The Playful Book" – 40 € Become a member of the community.
Your contribution will support the completion of the book, and once it is finished, you will receive one copy and invitations to events. Donors will receive: membership and a pre-order for the book/coupon, which they can also give as a gift.
7. Art therapy workshop for 1 child – 20 €
A gift that will change one child's story.
It will enable one child to participate in our workshop, including materials, at a children's home. A small step for the donor, a big step for a child's soul. Donors will receive: a warm thank you by email. We will happily send our newsletter with news to all our donors.

The project is supported in the long term by Mili Mandala s.r.o., thanks to which we have a stable base for the development of art therapy, workshops, meditation, and intergenerational programs.
