Violence often hides behind jokes, traditions, or the idea of “good parenting.”
But violence is not normal. Not at home. Not in relationships.

Children and teenagers who grow up surrounded by shouting, fear and violence often carry these patterns into their own adult lives. That’s why the organization Tvá volba (Your Choice) created the “Find Your Calm” program. It is a safe space where young people affected by violence can learn to manage anger, understand their emotions, and build healthy, respectful relationships without aggression.
My goal is to raise 20,000 CZK to cover the full participation in this program for one young person who wants to live a different story.

Our program includes:
- One-on-one sessions with a therapist
- Building assertiveness, self-awareness, and empathy
- Learning to manage anger and impulses
- Healthy communication and conflict resolution
