Working with seniors and people with disabilities often requires a specific approach involving the coordination of various activities—such as rehabilitation, running errands, handling official matters, and managing medical appointments—but also tasks like moving and hauling old furniture to the collection yard!
We are earnestly appealing for a contribution for a woman with a disability who is moving; she is at risk of leg amputation. She is moving into an apartment designed for people with disabilities, but we lack the funds to cover the move and the removal of her old, broken furniture.
