At Czechitas, we have been opening up the world of technology to women for a decade. In that time, we've helped write hundreds of powerful stories about women who have found the courage to make big changes in their lives despite the obstacles they face.
Thanks to the Czechitas Foundation, over the past two years we have helped 22 women who could not afford to study at our standard subsidised rate. And yet they are the ones who need a well-paid job in IT.

The full stories of our graduates can be found here How is your support changing lives? Over the past two years, thanks to our donors, we have helped 22 women on their way to a better future. Every crown you donate means the opportunity for a woman to change her life and find a stable job in a promising IT field. We fully cover the tuition fees of the chosen Czechitas Digital Academies (Data, Cybersecurity, Testing and Web) and now for the AI Transformation Manager course. The cost to help one woman start writing a new chapter of her story is up to 87,000 CZK. 70% of female employees get a pay rise IT is a high-demand industry, with 77% of companies in the Czech Republic with open ICT positions having difficulty finding suitable candidates. Our female graduates are helping to fill this gap, and 70% of them will also see a significant increase in their salaries. In addition to higher salaries, 90% of them enjoy the satisfaction of a new job that offers stability, career growth opportunities and a perspective that is not threatened by automation.

We fully fund the studies of the women we support at the Czechitas Digital Academy (Data, Cybersecurity, Testing and Web), and now also at the AI Transformation Manager course.
