Third year in a row I've decided to celebrate my 27th birthday a bit differently. As we can't meet for a beer or dance yet let's celebrate it this way together with an amazing organization Cesta domů which offers palliative and hospice care for already 20 years (and celebrates birthday now too)! 🤲
Cesta domů is an amazing organization which helps people who want so to spend their last days of life at home - where they love it and don't feel alone. The organization also supports their families and relatives in this difficult period of life so they have enough space and time to be together and to say good bye.
The donation will be open for a week between May, 12 and May, 20.
