20+6 books for children

I grew up surrounded by books. I read every book in my library at least three times. If I loved any series, there was no problem getting me all the books (besides waiting for years for the new Harry Potter!). It never occurred to me that there are children, who are not reading, potentially because they don't even own any books. And the world inside the books is so beautiful.

Therefore, I would like to invite you to join me in supporting People in Need and their project "Better school for everyone". They say "Our future is decided now, at schools". But the schools have been closed for a year here in the Czech Republic and the future is still uncertain. Children are supposed to learn by themselves as well as entertain themselves. I understand that a book might not be the first choice for all of them, but there should at least be the choice. As I had all of my life.

I would like to celebrate my birthday again by fundraising for a cause I strongly believe in and I would love for you to join me. I would like to fundraise a total of 3 000 CZK, which is enough to purchase 20 books for children.

I will throw in the last 6 books so that there is 26 of them.
