At digivia (formerly VIA Association), we provide free technical support to help them deal with issues related to Microsoft and Google licenses, Microsoft 365 setup, email access, broken accounts, login errors, and uncertainty about which software they can use at a discounted rate or for free. Every year, we support thousands of organizations this way. To keep this support available, we need a stable foundation. Every year, we support thousands of organizations. Thanks to this, they can focus on their work instead of spending evenings dealing with technical problems or paying significant amounts for external IT services.

What we do at digivia (ex-VIA Association)

For 15 years, we have been helping nonprofits use technology so they can focus on their real mission – supporting children, caring for seniors, strengthening communities, and protecting nature.

We are among the few organizations in the Czech Republic that combine deep knowledge of the nonprofit sector with practical expertise in digital tools.

Each year, our technical support handles thousands of requests. We have supported nearly 10,000 organizations and helped them save significant resources that can be used where they matter most.

Why your support matters

The digital world is evolving rapidly. Cybersecurity, cloud tools, and artificial intelligence are becoming part of everyday nonprofit work. As a result, the need for reliable and accessible technical support continues to grow.

At the same time, the conditions under which we provide this support are changing, and without donor support, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to maintain it in its current scope and accessibility.

Without this support, many organizations would be left to deal with everyday IT challenges on their own – often without the capacity or resources to do so.
