The Grand Finale of Smetana’s Litomyšl Helps Seniors
Join the Committee of Good Will — Olga Havel Foundation in helping where it’s needed.
This year’s closing concert of the Smetana’s Litomyšl National Festival will once again feature a fundraiser for the Committee of Good Will – Olga Havel Foundation. The “Grand Finale – Italian Film Night” concert, taking place on July 5, 2026, will also be broadcast live on ČT art.
The funds raised will go toward helping seniors in Litomyšl and the surrounding area. Join us in helping. Together, we will contribute to ensuring that seniors can live as long as possible in an active, dignified, and safe manner.
Who exactly will we help?
The proceeds from the fundraiser will support nonprofit organizations in Litomyšl and the surrounding area that are dedicated to providing care for seniors. They assist seniors in their homes, through outreach services, and in residential care facilities.
Your donations will be used primarily for:
- operating outreach health and social services
- equipping senior care homes
- purchasing essential medical and assistive devices
- training staff and caregivers
