The Seniors' Support Fund

Please help us to support field social services for elderly citizens

The new grant programme, which responds to the state of emergency in the Czech Republic, is announced by the Committee of Good Will - Olga Havel Foundation.

The aim of the new programme is to support field social services designed especially for elderly citizens so that they do not stay in isolation at home without supply of food, medicines or medical assistance.

Up to the 29 of June the support from Fund goes to 90 non-profit organizations in amount of CZK 3,577,475.

Your donation will support:

  • nursing care for the elderly in the home environment,
  • nursing services,
  • crisis help lines,
  • purchase of nursing aids,
  • transport allowance for the care service,
  • purchase of protective instruments and disinfectants.
We thank Generali Investments CEE for a generous donation of CZK 1,500,000.
We also thank ČSOB for the generous donation of CZK 500,000. We greatly appreciate this help.
We thank Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty for a generous donation of USD 10,000.
