Happy Hearts Fund rebuilds safe, resilient schools in areas affected by natural disasters and teaches children about philanthropy. The Foundation was established by Petra Němcová and Karolína Bosáková after their personal experience with the tsunami in 2004. Through schools, we bring hope and support to the generations of children and to all communities.
To date, we have built together with partners 370 schools in 28 countries, serving more than 124,000+ children. But many children are still waiting.

Devastating floods have struck large areas of Nepal, damaging schools, homes and access roads and putting entire communities at risk. Fortunately, all 32 Happy Hearts schools and their students are safe. Our local team is already supporting the affected areas and assessing where help is needed most.
Happy Hearts helps children in areas affected by natural disasters return to a safe and stable environment for education. When disasters destroy infrastructure and schools, children and their families are left without certainty — and that is exactly where our help is directed.
Since 2015, our team has worked alongside communities in Nepal, helping rebuild schools and strengthen the places families call home. Now, that same team is mobilized to provide emergency relief in Nuwakot.

For donation of 1,000 EUR we will return one child back in school.
We will issue a receipt for the donation for tax deduction purposes. Every donation counts and will bring more children closer to achieving their dream of returning to school.
School is the first place where safety and hope return after the trauma of loss—for both children and the entire community. We provide assistance soon after a disaster, but—unlike many others—we remain on the ground long after it has passed. For every 100 CZK donated, 95 CZK goes directly to helping affected communities.

Even after a week, we continue to supply cut-off areas with food, clean water, and survival essentials. In addition, long-term aid is already being planned. Between 50 and 60 schools were destroyed in Nuwakot; this is a task for Happy Hearts. We have been helping in Nepal for 11 years, and it is clear that a great deal of work still lies ahead of us
