Ženy v médiích, z.s.

Women in Media (Ženy v médiích, z. s.) bring together women working in Czech media and support them in building their careers. Women are well represented among younger media professionals, but they remain significantly underrepresented in leadership and decision-making roles and often face barriers that can push them out of the profession. We build a strong community, organize educational and networking activities, support women facing discrimination and other barriers, and work to create more diverse, fair and inclusive media. We also collect and use data and work with media leaders and public institutions to improve working conditions and create lasting change in the Czech media environment.
