Susterum z.s.

Susterum is a European nonprofit building the missing developmental infrastructure for young people aged 18–25 from socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds — those who have the talent, but not the access to networks, mentorship, and opportunity. A six-month Accelerator, matched mentors, and a platform of practical tools give them the skills, support, and structure to design, launch, and sustain real communities with measurable local impact. Alumni stay in the network and help the ones who come next. We operate in Czechia, Romania, and Serbia.
