We support the mental well-being of older adults and help prevent social isolation. We believe that everyone has the right to be heard, respected, and to live a meaningful life, regardless of age. Through talks, seminars, and workshops focused on personal development, we create a safe space for sharing, mutual support, and finding a new balance in later life. We also run specific programs that help people in later stages of life stay active and connected with others. Our community program “A Chat in the Library” is designed for older adults who may feel lonely and would like to meet others, share memories, and spend time together. The program “A Meaningful Role After Retirement” encourages seniors to engage in volunteering, where they can use their life experience and rediscover a sense of purpose and joy in an active life.
