SKOK do života, o.p.s.

SKOK do života, o.p.s, is a non-profit organization providing quality services in the city of Hradec Králové that allow people with mental disabilities to gain confidence, autonomy and responsibility in order to perceive their lives meaningful and comparable to those of other people. We provide social services, social rehabilitation, social therapy workshops, sheltered housing and support for independent living. We also run a social enterprise Bistro u Dvou přátel, a café where we employ people with mental disabilities, and provide sheltered jobs in Ladilna (cleaning, sewing and administrative activities). Since its foundation, SKOK, originally an organization with 3 employees and 4 people with mental disabilities, has become a company with 129 employees, providing social services to nearly 70 people with mental disabilities.
