Jakub Šírek působil v Eurowagu v letech 2018-2019 jako IT Helpdesk Teamleader, nebyl to jen teamleader, ale dá se říct, že i takový „táta“ ke kterému se chodilo pro rady, jak pracovní, tak osobní. Pamatujeme si ho jako člověka, který byl čestný, laskavý, nápomocný, upřímný, ať se jednalo o chválu či kritiku. Razil pravidlo „poprosím a ono to půjde“, naučili jsme se od něj, že je potřeba být leader, který není jen „boss“, ale kterému záleží na svých lidech. O své rodině, kterou miloval, mluvil vždy s úctou, respektem a chtěl pro ně to nejlepší. Můžeme říci, že svět opustil chlap se srdcem na správném místě.

In Memory of Jakub, a great colleague, husband and father. For his children (Toník and Markétka) and his wife Magda.

Jakub died suddenly on August 14, 2022 at the premature age of 44. However, he left behind a lot of good, whether at work, where everyone remembers him as a cheerful and helpful person, or in raising his children, to whom he was a great father.

Jakub Šírek worked at Eurowag in 2018-2019 as an IT Helpdesk Teamleader, he was not only a teamleader , but also a kind of „dad“ who was consulted for advice, both professional and personal. We remember him as a person who was honest, kind, helpful, sincere, where it was praise or criticism. He established the rule „ask and it will be done“, we learned from him that it is necessary to be a leader who is not just a „boss“ but who cares about his people. He always spoke of his family, whom he loved, with reverence and respect and wanted the best for them.

We can say that a guy with his heart in the right place left the world.
