Pepa is 22 years old and is stuck to a wheelchair due to his medical disability. He is a very cheerful young man who would like to go around his village, buy stuff at the shops or visit his friends. However, despite being very brave and an optimist who tries to deal with his disability, he is physically not strong enough. He keeps saving every penny and wishes to buy an electric wheelchair.
