At Diakonie Praha, we have been supporting people since 1990 who, due to their intellectual and multiple disabilities, mental illness, age, or a crisis in life, cannot manage without the help and support of others. In Prague, we provide a total of thirteen social services — outpatient, residential, and field-based — for children, youth, adults, and seniors. Our mission is to help people in difficult situations live a dignified and fulfilling life — with professionalism and compassion. We are part of Diakonie of the Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren (Diakonie ČCE), one of the largest providers of social services in the Czech Republic and a leader in special education.
