The Czech Orienteering Federation (ČSOS) governs and develops sports disciplines based on navigation with a map and compass in nature. It organizes official competitions and national representation in foot orienteering, mountain bike orienteering (MTBO), ski orienteering (LOB), and trail orienteering for the disabled (Trail-O). The federation is heavily dedicated to supporting youth across dozens of clubs nationwide. Furthermore, through its innovative Venku.app project, it actively opens the world of orienteering to the general public, schools, and families, teaching new generations independence, quick decision-making, and respect for nature.
