OPERATION FALCON 2 - FINALLY GAME OVER FOR THE RUSSIAN

They are hitting us hard on the ground and in the air. But we have hope, and the results look surprisingly good. What happened? In modern war, smarts beat muscle. It is all about information and tactics. Right now, the Russian only moves forward 50 meters a day in some places. And for every one guy we lose, they lose eight. To stop them for good, we need a lot more mobile command bases. These bases use modern software and long-range hits to run our defense.
WE GOT THE MONEY FOR THE FIRST FALCON
Now we need to make it perfect. And if we push really hard, we can build two. This is exactly what the Special Forces asked for from the start.
Help us send out the FALCON. These mobile command posts on Tatra trucks are the key to our defense. From these hidden bases, our guys will fly drones, destroy enemy supply lines, and protect the sky for civilians and their fellow soldiers.
Imagine this: a freezing night somewhere on the Eastern Front. The air is buzzing with the sound of Russian drone engines. You can hear it even when you are locked inside a boarded-up room. While millions of families hide out in their basements, terrified of the approaching drone swarms, a camouflaged armored beast waits in the tree line. We call it the Falcon. It is the symbol of our resistance. Outside, it is dead silent and blends into the dark trees. But inside, every second is a fight for survival. In the dim glow of tactical screens, operators make life-or-death choices for hundreds of people. Wide awake, they read radar data and guide our expert drone hunters straight to their targets. They are the eyes that never sleep, and the brains keeping the darkness at bay.
But to protect entire cities from these deadly air raids, our guys cannot rely on sitting-duck headquarters.
Drones need to be launched as close to the enemy as possible. Once enemy scanners spot them, they have just minutes to pack up and run. They need to move fast. They need a tough mobile base that can plow through deep mud and take a hit from shrapnel—because air defense is always target number one. They get hit every single night, and it wears them down. We want to change that. That is exactly why we started this project.
Forward Outpost for Remote Operations and Interceptors
Things in the sky are going from bad to worse. March of this year saw a massive spike in attacks—civilian deaths jumped by a terrifying 49%. The biggest killers right now are massive waves of short-range enemy drones. Our defenders are working hard and pulling off an unbelievable 90% kill rate against these threats. But they aren't doing it with a shrinking stockpile of expensive missiles. They are pulling it off with smart hit-and-run tactics, lightning-fast data analysis, and our own drone hunters.
And here is the most important part: this same command center also runs our asymmetrical defense. That means blowing up enemy gear before it even gets off the ground. To keep this system running against constant enemy jamming, missiles, and drones, we absolutely need top-tier, fully mobile command centers. Operation Falcon brings a clear solution: building one or two lightly armored command posts. These high-tech fortresses will let operators safely crunch sensor data and call in defense and strike missions deep behind enemy lines. They are the eyes of the entire army. If they lose connection, our whole defense goes blind.

You already know us. Even though we are kicking off 2026 under the new Patroni Česka Foundation, we are still teaming up with Zdravotní zajištění z.s. We have been through four years of war together. They hold down our logistics and warehouses so we can focus on the front lines and in cyberspace. We are not just an organization asking for money; we are a team of seasoned medics, techs, and military reservists who are not afraid to work right in the field.
Together with you, we have run over 70 crowdfunding campaigns on Donio, raising nearly 30 million CZK. We have delivered over 250 tons of gear, funded fleets of armored vehicles and combat boats in our hit Operation Beaver, and pulled wounded defenders right out of the front lines. We are not middlemen—we actually build, mod, and fix this gear in our very own shops.
Because of that, we stretch every single dollar to the max, turning your money into real frontline firepower at an unbeatable cost. Nobody here takes a paycheck for this (we all have day jobs or run our own businesses).
WHAT YOUR MONEY BUYS / WHAT WE ARE BUILDING
Our goal is to raise 3.5 million CZK to build one or two fully loaded mobile command posts. Our rig of choice? The proven Czech Tatra 815 8x8 trucks from military surplus. Their independent suspension eats the deepest mud for breakfast. We will mount heavily modded 20-foot shipping containers onto these trucks, turning them into completely off-the-grid command centers. If the budget gets tight or we need them to blend in with normal traffic, we have solid backup plans ready to go.
The Truck: Buying the Tatras, completely overhauling the engines, swapping parts, and slapping on brand-new off-road tires.
The Command Center: Buying shipping containers and reinforcing their steel frames to take a beating.
Insulation & Camo: Spraying heavy-duty PUR foam to trap heat inside, adding fireproofing, and throwing on multi-spectral camo nets to hide from enemy thermal cameras.
The Tech: Installing shock-proof server racks, heavy-duty wiring, and high-power AC units with air scrubbers for year-round action.
Off-Grid Power: Hooking up silent battery banks for stealth night ops and soundproofed diesel generators to keep them charged up.
Safe Wi-Fi: Setting up encrypted Starlink Business terminals for fast data, even when the enemy tries to jam the signal.

The Plan
Time is working against us on the battlefield. As soon as we hit the first funding milestones, we will move the selected Tatra trucks into our shops and start the overhaul. At the same time, we will start welding, insulating, and wiring the container modules. Once the hard shell is done, we will load it up with all the IT gear and base equipment. Then, using our own logistics, we will rush the vehicles straight to the units for active combat duty. The whole operation will take just a few months from the moment the money clears.
Notes: War is Unpredictable
No plan survives first contact with the enemy. But we are ready for that. Getting one fully loaded rig up and running will cost between 1,280,000 and 1,750,000 CZK. It all depends on what kind of truck we can get and what shape it is in when the campaign ends. The units need two of these, and we will stretch the money to make that happen. They would rather have two basic Falcons than just one in perfect condition. Because of this, the funding milestones are just a guide. The absolute minimum we need is enough cash to build at least one truck.
If we do not hit the full target, we will use whatever we raise to buy the most critical gear. That could be a raw Tatra chassis, a different truck, or add-ons (like jammers or battery banks) for the operators already out there. We will make sure your money always has the maximum impact. If we raise more than the goal, we will immediately buy escort vehicles and supply trailers to haul the drones.

OPERATION LAUNCHED – AND WE’RE KEEPING THE MOMENTUM!
Thanks to your readiness to keep hitting the Russians with far-reaching, targeted sanctions, we’ve raised the funds to buy and rebuild our first Tatra truck into a mobile command post.
Right before the summer break, we scouted well-preserved vehicles decommissioned by the Czech Armed Forces and managed to secure one in excellent condition, perfect for a complete overhaul.
There is still one more "mint-condition storage piece" available—decommissioned with less than 100 kilometers on the odometer—making it the ideal candidate for restoration and rebuild. That’s why WE ARE ESCALATING TO PHASE 2. If enough people chip in for the second one, we’ll unlock economies of scale, or we can use the extra funds to secure better gear for the operators.
The rebuild of the first truck is already underway.

The goal of our association of volunteers is the general support of Ukraine, the protection of its sovereignty and the assistance of the Ukrainian nation in the fight against Russian military aggression. We help transport the wounded to safety, import and distribute humanitarian aid directly to the places where it is needed, and strive to improve facilities and equipment not only for the Czech defenders in and near the front line. We also have medics on the lines in the field hospital, with whom we regularly add equipment. Instructors who train Ukrainian members in TCCC combat medicine and self-treatment in combat. We train units included in the rescue system. For other Czechs who want to go to Ukraine to cooperate, we provide all the advice and guide them through all possible bureaucracy. We are still in contact with most of them, we carry the necessary material.
We go humanitarian wherever there is a need, and not only in Ukraine. We worked during floods, after a storm in the Tatras, during the Břeclav Tornado. If a disaster happens in your area, we will be there!!!
