We teamed up with the guys from Cars for Ukraine, who have started bringing vehicles to us for servicing before they head off to Ukraine. At first, we thought they’d only come by occasionally, but now it looks like we’ll be getting a car every day, sometimes even two. It immediately occurred to us that we could help with more than just a quick pre-trip service. We’ve had a Hummer H3 sitting here for quite a while, fully overhauled, and honestly, it’s a shame to let it just sit here in Brno. No one is going to reimburse us for what this vehicle has cost, so we reached a compromise with the guys: we’ll provide the car, they’ll organize a fundraiser, and someone in Ukraine will be getting a second Christmas. This way, we want to support ground drone operators in Donbas. After all, we prefer things that move on wheels rather than fly through the air.
The vehicle will serve the needs of the AlterEgo battalion, which develops ground drones. The main reason for the rapid development of the ground drone sector is the constant drone attacks targeting not only civilians, but also logistics, supply routes, and the evacuation of the wounded.
The AlterEgo team has already put in more than two years of intensive work and completed hundreds of successful missions. The drone they developed is a universal platform that can be used for a wide range of purposes, such as delivering food supplies to places too dangerous to send human crews, or evacuating the wounded and, sadly, also the dead. A ground drone, often informally called a “grounder,” can see and hear in the field, and operators can even speak to the wounded through it. For evacuations, it is fitted with a specially developed ramp that rolls the wounded person into the armored drone, which then transports them safely to a medical station.
The AlterEgo battalion has already trained dozens of units operating all along the front line in how to use their ground drones. These vehicles, which bear a striking resemblance to the movie character Wall-E, are also capable of autonomously shooting down enemy drones in frontline towns and villages, where Russia terrorizes civilians on a daily basis.
Near the front line, enemy drone strikes are a part of everyday life, and reliable, durable vehicles are a matter of survival. A vehicle that breaks down can jeopardize an entire rescue mission. That is exactly where the Hummer will be needed most. And although the contact line is now increasingly filled with ground drones, they are not spared from hits either. These machines often return damaged or directly struck. Whether a drone worth tens or even hundreds of thousands can be saved and returned to service often depends on how quickly it can be transported to a repair workshop.
The Hummer H3 can tow 3.5 tons. A contribution to this fundraiser will help provide a vehicle capable of transporting large amounts of cargo to places that other cars simply cannot reach.

Cars in Ukraine are a pressing problem! Their consumption is enormous, as are the distances that everyone who helps or performs their service has to overcome. Not everyone in Ukraine can buy a car, especially not repeatedly. Unfortunately, the situation is very unfavorable. Cars are not produced, imports are expensive, and duties often exceed the value of the vehicle itself. No one, not even an insurance company, will provide a replacement car if your original one burns out.
The ability to move is essential for survival! The most common work of volunteers is: picking up the wounded, evacuating them, supplying hard-to-reach locations, and evacuating civilians and animals. The risk of drone attacks is increasing every day! We move in difficult terrain and without the ability to stop. A reliable car is a valuable asset in these conditions that can save your life. When the going gets tough, the most important thing is to move quickly!
Help get as many used cars in good condition as possible to Ukraine. Help with their purchase, repair, or donate your used car to help in the war!
Why cars? Cars in Ukraine are an absolute necessity! In war-torn areas, you need to be fast, responsive, and have reliable technology. There are few quality vehicles, they are decreasing every day, and consumption is high! Cars that burn out will never be replaced! Volunteers and these cars have to work every day – they often move in difficult conditions that put a lot of strain on the cars! They are tools of everyday work: they transport the injured, bring in supplies, provide mobility to those who help in places where it is most needed!
✅ What we do
Webuy used cars, SUVs, pickups, vans and trucks
We transport them to Ukraine
We make the necessary modifications according to the purpose of use:
some vehicles we hand over without modifications
others we lighten or install active protection elements,
depending on the purpose, they are still equipped with passive protection elements (detectors, jammers)
The cars then travel throughout Ukraine to our selected regions, helping organizations and individuals who are close to the front lines, often in places that large international structures cannot reach.
ℹ️ Who we help
Since the beginning of the war, we have been building a support network that operates daily directly in Ukraine. We provide logistics, cooperate with local organizations. We have been moving in the Ukrainian environment every day for several years. It is thanks to this experience, a stable presence in the field, that we have proven ways to get help where it is needed most.
We decided to join forces and support the Cars for Ukraine initiative!
⚠️ Why is your help crucial?
No one will replace a car destroyed in war. And yet mobility often decides whether you can save a life, deliver supplies, or simply get home.
Our Ukrainian friends can do wonders with what they have – but it won't work without cars! Moreover, each car increases resistance to the aggressor.
