March 10 is approaching — a day that is not only my birthday, but also a date connected with Tibet and its history. On this day, the world remembers the events of 1959, after which many Tibetans were forced into exile.
This year, I decided to connect my personal day with something that has a deeper meaning, and to start already a month in advance.

The goal of this project is to provide regular and nutritious food for Tibetans living in exile. Even a small contribution can help ensure that no one is left without a meal.

Instead of birthday gifts, I would love to turn my birthday joy into support for people living in Tibetan exile through the organization Most Pro Tibet. Tibet is also personally close to my heart — we support a young boy through long-distance sponsorship, and thanks to that we know that even small help has a real impact.

- Rýže + dušená čočka (dhal) + pšeničná placka
- Rýže a dhal
Občas sušenka a sladký nebo slaný čaj. Den za dnem. Děti ve vývinu potřebují i čerstvou stravu nebo nějakou tu bílkovinu navíc.
Projekt Výživa ProTibet podpoří nákup a dopravu nutričně bohatých potravin dětem do vysokohorských oblastí Čhangtangu.
