At the turn of the year, the question ‘which event are you most looking forward to in 2021?‘ arose among royal observers. I had an obvious answer: the 100th birthday of a British gentleman. Prince Philip has been my favourite royal, an inspiring man and I wished him to reach a hundred! I believed that during the celebrations, he would receive the attention and honor he undoubtedly deserved, despite the fact he did not care about the celebrations! A year ago, around his 99th birthday, I got an idea that next year I would create a birthday charity collection for the Beauty of Help in his honor. Unfortunately, his death thearted my original idea. Anyway, I'm not giving up on my plan, it's just going to be modificated. ‘One hundred for Prince Philip‘ charity collection begins today and ends on June 10 when he was supposed to reach the milstone.

Prince Philip’s memorable life involved visiting Prague with his wife Queen Elizabeth in 1996 as part of their “Central European Tour.” At the time, it was ostensibly the most important diplomatic visit in Czech history. Prince Philip shares a laugh with locals during a walking tour of ancient Czech town of Kutna Hora on the second day of a 3 day visit by the British royal couple to the Czech Republic on March 28, 1996. Kutna Hora is my hometown😊
The aim of this charity collection is to collect 100 000 CZK. I am a realist, so I know it is ambitious, but each contribution counts.😊. On 11th June, the day after the end of this charity collection, I plan to send a letter to Buckingham Palace to let them know about the outcomes of this collection.

KAM PŮJDOU PENÍZE? Peníze poputují na projekt Doma bez obav, ve kterém pomáháme seniorům žít důstojně a bezpečně v domácím prostředí. Pomůžeme vyznat se ve složitém systému sociálních služeb a prolomíme tak začarovaný kruh, ve kterém služby sice existují, ale senioři o nich nevědí nebo o ně neumějí požádat. Jsme k dispozici kdykoliv je potřeba, pomůžeme najít parťáka/dobrovolníka, klienty také zveme na různé společenské akce. Podle nás by totiž nikdo neměl být sám.
