The MAGIC LAMP psychological-therapeutic center provides essential assistance to children aged 3-15 who struggle with adapting to new environments. By aiding them in establishing effective communication with their surroundings, themselves, and their emotions, we aim to empower them to navigate life's challenges with confidence and resilience. Every small stride holds profound significance, enhancing the likelihood of success in their academic journey and fostering healthy, supportive relationships. Through our interventions, we endeavor to shield them from the perils of bullying and prevent the emergence of aggression or animosity. We strive to nurture their understanding of the world, cultivate dreams and ambitions, instill courage in overcoming obstacles, and champion adherence to moral principles.

OUR GOAL IS CZK 600,000, the amount will provide annual care for 10 children or six-month care for 20 children

WHAT WILL YOUR FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION PROVIDE?

A donation of 600 CZK will underwrite one hour of dedicated care and therapy for a child. On average, a child requires three months of sustained support (24 hours). With a contribution of 14,400 CZK, a child can progress significantly in their developmental journey, affording them the opportunity to integrate more fully into their community. However, some children necessitate extended care, imposing a substantial psychological and financial burden on their families. Your generosity not only aids the child but also alleviates the strain on their entire family, enabling them to reclaim a semblance of normalcy.

WHAT DOES THERAPEUTIC CARE ENTAIL?

Our interventions primarily focus on bolstering the social skills of preschool-aged children, addressing issues such as anxiety, aggression, panic attacks, and fear that impede their integration into social settings and may lead to rejection by schools or peers. Additionally, we provide support in enhancing motor skills, auditory and visual perception, spatial and temporal orientation, thereby mitigating potential academic challenges and the risk of stigmatization or bullying. Collaborative engagement with families, including parental intervention, constitutes a pivotal aspect of our approach.

Increasingly, we confront cases of parental neglect, necessitating comprehensive parental guidance and support. With older children, we address issues such as anxiety, depression, disordered eating, self-esteem, self-harm, and bullying.





WHAT ARE THE OUTCOMES?

Consistent and regular intervention yields tangible progress, albeit at varying rates determined by the child's unique circumstances and familial support. When parents embrace the process and adhere to prescribed guidelines at home, success, joy, relief, and a return to normal family dynamics ensue.
