Stop the drone - safety nets for Ukraine

Russian drones are attacking everything around them – cars, people on bicycles, people walking their dogs or taking their children to kindergarten. But Ukrainians are fighting back! They are building poles along the roads and hanging old fishing nets on them. This creates tunnels that protect passing cars from the drones. And not only that – the same nets are also protecting bus stops and other places where people are trying to survive. These nets are extremely effective protection, but they are desperately lacking in Ukraine. We have the opportunity to import hundreds of tons of nets from the Netherlands – and each truck can save more lives. Help stop the drones. Help send a truckload of nets to Ukraine!

“The purpose of drones is clear — to divide and kill. By covering critical routes with networks, we change the balance of power: we reduce risk, gain time, and give people a chance to react.” — Matouš Bláha, Director of the UA Corridor

Old nets save lives

Drones are the driving force of this war, and so a bold idea was born!
Old, discarded nets that would otherwise end up in the trash are saving lives.
This summer, net corridors began to be built in areas within the range of Russian drones — simple but extremely effective protective barriers that increase the chances of survival for anyone attacked by the drone.

A corridor of nets can:

✅ slow down a drone
✅ deflect it
✅ cause the drone to lose speed
✅ give the intended victim of the attack a chance to react
✅ save lives — nets have actually helped in many cases
“Engineering units plan to install thousands of kilometers of roads with protective screens along the entire front line. This is a key thing to ensure the security of our logistical routes. The network does not provide 100% defense, but where it does, operators have to use multiple drones on one target. The effectiveness of attacks is significantly reduced.” —Glavkom Maksym Kravchuk, commander of the Ukrainian army’s support unit responsible for the condition of roads

Help protect Ukraine!

💛 We can get hundreds of tons of nets for free — just send the trucks!
💙 Each truck (20 tons of nets) can cover up to 27 km of road network corridors.

💛 Help send the trucks and protect the people of Ukraine! 💙
