For more than 50 years, Ronald McDonald House (RMH) has been helping families of seriously ill children stay together throughout treatment and hospitalization. Since opening the first Ronald McDonald House in Philadelphia, we have expanded to more than 1,000 programs worldwide, providing vital support to families when children need medical care.

Dům Ronalda McDonalda Česko is part of the global Ronald McDonald House Charities network. Today, our programs operate in 62 countries, and nearly 400 Houses have been built worldwide, offering accommodation to families of seriously ill children. In the Czech Republic, the Dům Ronalda McDonalda, a charitable foundation, has been operating a House for families directly within the Motol University Hospital complex since 2022.

Within the Motol University Hospital complex, we operate the first Ronald McDonald House in the Czech Republic. It has been in operation since November 2022 and has already accommodated more than 500 families.
