Help children who want to speak Czech well

SLOVÍČKO magazine supports children and adults, who are not native speakers of the Czech Language, to speak fluent Czech. Initially the concept of the magazine was addressing the influx of children as a result of the war in Ukraine, it has however, proven its useful application in the broader fields of learning Czech language for disadvantaged children, children studying abroad, indeed anyone who is learning Czech language. Our goal is to continue with the project and to this end we are seeking new partners. We need your help! Your contribution will support a long-term project that brings joy and meaning.

Help children who want to speak Czech well

Dear donors, We thank you for your generous gifts that have helped us continue with the second edition of the magazine SLOVÍČKO. Another issue can be published thanks to you. You can look forward to it by early April. Thanks to your assistance, we can continue to distribute the magazine for free and thus help with the learning of the Czech language for those in need. Your help makes a difference! On behalf of the SLOVÍČKO magazine team, Petra Svatková
This campaign is already closed. Thank you!
In 2022 humanitarian organization ADRA o.p.s. supported by Happy Heart Foundation and the Simona Krainová Fund joined forces at the onset of the war in Ukraine. Our goal is to continue with the project and to this end we are seeking new partners.

Why do we do this? The inclusion of children with a different mother tongue is crucial for creating a diverse educational environment and the successful integration of these children into society. The magazine SLOVÍČKO has been helping children displaced from their homes by war for over a year now.

The first issue of SLOVÍČKO was released at the beginning of the last school year and was called "Kamarád" (Friend). Since then, the first issue has been downloaded by over 1200 readers, and all issues have been accessed by over 2400 users. Seven issues have been released so far, and to successfully complete the second year, two issues are still missing. Can we finish it together?

Join us! Your donation will support an activity that has been helping for a long time.
