Ahoj :-)

We are professional theatre group and we call our selves Spolek Lek. The members are: Petra Johansson, Natálie Topinková and Václav Rašilov. Spolek Lek was founded in August 2019 and our first premiere took place in Divadlo Troníček in January 2019. Our first play is called “We two attack” and it is inspired by August Strindberg ‘s short paly “The Stronerg”. In March 2019 we met a wonderful woman Michaela Weisová, the author of website “Slunečný život” (www.slunecnyzivot.cz) and a co-founder of organisation “Home for Trees”, an organisation that tries to save our forest by planting different sort of trees to keep the biodiversity of our forests. Her energy and enthusiasm impressed us so we decided to join her.

 

We were about to start our Challenge to raise money for out theatre group so we joined our powers and decided to create a mutual appeal: “Save Our Forest and Theatre.”

 

Our theatre is not financed by the government our grants, we need to find money through different channels. Most of the theatre groups raise money when they plan a project but we did not managed. Our group was unfortunately affected by a serious illness in our crew that caused that paralyzed our PR and production team. We had to face a question: Are we cancelling the premiere or just postpone it or we simple borrow somewhere some money and fight the situation? Yes, you are right if you guess that we decided to fight! So now, we are trying to find the way to pay our bills and debts so we can still be creative and to continue with our theatre.

 

We really love Míša’s idea “Home for Trees”, so we plan to plant a tree for every 5 000 Kč we collect.

 

And not only that!!

 

Everyone who donates minimum 500 Kč will receive a public THANKS on our website stránkách www.spoleklek.czand from the stage.

Other presents we prepared for you are following:

·      for 2 000 Kč you receive a ticket to our performance and a homemade eco-friendly soup from Mýdlenka (www.mydlenka.com)

·      for 8 000 you get two tickets to our performance and more over you get a picture of you and all the actors with the autograph ( that is really a thing you want!!! ;-)))

·      for 32 000 Kč you can personally take part in our expedition “Plant it” ;-)

 

To make the whole challenge ore funny we prepared two goals:

 

If we collect 50 000 Kč  famous actor and a showman Karel Zima and his supporting group “The Bushes” will sing for you his interpretation of the famous song “Já do lesa nepojedu” (I am not going to the forest)

 

If we collect more than 100 000, we are planning to perform a special editon of  “A Word with Renata” that deals with a forest.

 

Our goal is to collect 99 999 but if we can get more we will be mooooooore than happy :-D
