Our mission is to support people with disabilities on their journey back to an active and fulfilling life. We are a leading employer of people with disabilities within the sheltered labor market. We operate a network of cafés and bistros called Mezi řádky. We also run our own artisan bakery, coffee roastery, and pizzeria. In addition, we provide services such as public space cleaning, and we operate a small farm and a laundry. Across all our operations, we employ around 250 people with disabilities. At the very beginning was a simple idea: “It is normal to be different.” The opportunity to work helps people regain confidence and a sense of purpose—something every human being needs. We believe that over 20 years of our work have proven that “disability is not a barrier.” Thank you for seeing the value in what we do and for supporting us by visiting our places or purchasing our products.
