Lokomoce z.s. is a Czech non-profit organization focused on movement as a key form of health prevention. Through educational and awareness-based activities, we teach children and adults how to move correctly, safely, and naturally in everyday life. We organize practical workshops, movement programs, and public activities in kindergartens, schools, families, and local communities. We also educate teachers and parents and develop tools, methods, and games that help bring healthy movement back into daily practice. Through our initiative “Člověče, hýbej se!” (Move, Human!), we respond to decreasing physical activity and increasing movement-related issues across generations. We believe early prevention through movement has a lasting positive impact on public health.
