Hospice na Svatém Kopečku is the only inpatient hospice in the Olomouc Region. We provide compassionate, professional care for people at the end of life and support their families during one of the most difficult times in their lives. Our multidisciplinary team is available 24 hours a day, helping people live their final days with dignity, comfort and as little pain as possible. We believe that no one should have to face the end of life alone. Hospice na Svatém Kopečku also includes Mobilní hospic Caritas, which provides 24/7 palliative care for adults in their own homes in Olomouc, Zábřeh and Šumperk. Your support helps us be there for people and their families when they need us most.
