Revitalization of the Charles University Faculty of Law Building – Faculty 2.0

Can a cultural monument be sensitively modernized? We believe it can. That is why we have launched the project Revitalization of the Charles University Faculty of Law Building – Faculty 2.0. Its goal is to renovate the Faculty of Law building in Prague after nearly a century of use. This building is not only an important cultural landmark but also a place where new generations are educated. We want to bring it into the 21st century and adapt it to the current needs of everyone who meets there. Our aim is to make it not only a space for people and knowledge to come together, but also an environmentally responsible place—a place where it is a joy to learn, work, and conduct research. The planned architectural competition and subsequent implementation will respect the spirit of the original designer, Professor Jan Kotěra. Making this vision a reality requires significant resources, which we are actively seeking from various sources. That is why we thank you for your support.
