Safe space bookstore is the first activist bookstore in Czechia combined with a community café. We operate as a non-profit organization.

In Prague (and throughout Czechia), there's a shortage of places where minority communities and disadvantaged groups feel truly safe. Where they don't have to calculate whether they'll be accepted. Where they can talk about their experiences without fear of discrimination.
