Run for More Than the Finish Line
The goal is to raise funds and awareness for FriendShip Prague and its work supporting people experiencing homelessness in Prague.
The run is on Sunday, 15 November, from 10:00–13:00, and it will be a 5 km charity run organized by the CEMS Club Prague ESG Team in collaboration with FriendShip Prague z.s.
CEMS Club Prague is a student-led community bringing together international CEMS students at Prague University of Economics and Business. Through social, corporate and ESG initiatives, we connect students with companies, local organizations and opportunities to create a positive impact beyond the classroom.
FriendShip Prague is an English-Czech speaking NGO of an expats volunteers dedicated to providing friendship, support and practical help to people in need in Prague. Every weekend Friendship Prague gather and distribute food, clothing and essential supplies to people experiencing homelessness and hardship in Prague. But what we provide goes beyond material support. The most important thing is offering is friendship, listening, built relationships and respond to individual needs. Friendship aim is to restore dignity, connection and a sense of humanity for those who often feel invisible. Inclusion back to society, help with housing or jobs is long term work with people in need.
