June is my birthday month – and you’ve been asking how I’m doing...

June is also globally recognized as a month to celebrate life, hope, and victory over cancer. On this occasion, I would like to support those who have chosen to open their hearts. For me, that means the organization Karma Srdcem, which offers special Onco Yoga sessions and creates a safe, supportive community environment. Everyone who needs these classes can attend for free.

And since June is my birthday month, I’ve taken the liberty of creating this little challenge and sharing it with you – my dear friends.

Thanks to our contributions, we can help Karma Srdcem continue and expand their work, so that more patients can benefit from these healing Onco Yoga classes.

Karma Srdcem is helping me, too! I am currently going through this journey – and thanks to Karma Srdcem, I’m finding not only relief and strength, but most importantly, the feeling that I’m not alone.
This yoga is not “just exercise” – it’s a space where I can truly breathe, feel accepted, and find support.
