”The aim of the appeal is to raise funds for personal care kits for women who use the services of Oblastní charita Brno. With your support, we will prepare 50 kits to be distributed to mark International Women’s Day,” explains Veronika Imrichová, Deputy Director for Services for People Experiencing Crisis and Homelessness.
The kits will be given to women supported by the Centre of Services for People Experiencing Homelessness. These are women who have lost their homes due to difficult life circumstances such as job loss, relationship breakdown, domestic violence, debt, or health challenges. Through our services, they find a safe and supportive environment, access to hygiene facilities, and assistance in stabilising their situation.
“Basic toiletries are often out of reach for women without a home. Yet even small acts of care can help restore a sense of dignity and self-confidence,” adds Veronika Imrichová.
