In 2025, Chance 4 Children (C4C) launched an inspiring new initiative — the Rise Up Community!
It’s a safe, empowering space where young people from children’s homes and foster care learn to stand on their own two feet and take charge of their futures — guided by mentors, psychologists, and caring friends who believe in them every step of the way.
