We are collecting donations to support the defenders of Kherson city.
Our soldiers urgently need equipment to stay warm, connected, and safe — items for heating, power supply, and communication.
Many of them are holding positions in basements and destroyed buildings near the Dnipro River.
Your help will strengthen their ability to protect the city and control the frontline in these harsh conditions.
With winter approaching, every contribution matters more than ever.
Together, we can keep them warm, connected, and ready.
💙💛 Hello, My name is Yulia, and I am Ukrainian. I’m from Lviv, but for the past two years I have been living in the southern part of Ukraine. I worked with a charitable foundation, helping people who had survived occupation, and I regularly travelled to the city of Kherson.
Kherson is a city that was under occupation for eight months and was liberated on November 11, 2022. The residents were overjoyed to finally be free, but unfortunately, Kherson is still being shelled almost every day. Drones fly over the city, and in the surrounding region, people continue to die and lose their homes to this day. The enemy still holds the left bank under occupation, sending various types of weapons and wiping entire towns off the face of the earth.
I personally know people from Kherson who have lived through real hell. I can tell you about Maryna, who lived in Antonivka and lost everything, yet continues to support her city through service and helping others. She only gets to see her 16-year-old son twice a year. I can tell you about a surgeon who survived a hospital attack while on duty, rescued a woman from under the rubble, and now cannot sleep without antidepressants. I can tell you about a man who lost the home he had spent his whole life building. About Vasyl, who watched his 10-year-old son die in his arms after an attack on their house. About a woman who lived through the occupation with her daughter, and whose life — and her child’s — was in constant danger because she refused to cooperate with the occupiers.
These people do not deserve such a life. Their destinies have been changed forever. The only thing that unites them all is faith — faith in the defenders of their city. Faith in the soldiers are holding their positions for more than 70 days without rest, forced to live in inhumane conditions while holding back the enemy. But they lack the resources they need for effective defence.
Without our support, no one knows how much longer they will be able to endure. Help Kherson! 💙💛
