In 2023/2024, we successfully completed the first stage of the reconstruction of our Sokol hall, which included replacing the windows, modernizing the lighting, building new changing rooms, and installing a new electrical system. In 2025, we launched and have already completed the insulation of the rear part of the building and the attic, as well as the renovation of the façade, which will significantly reduce operating costs and increase the energy efficiency of the hall.

The next and final step, scheduled for spring 2026, is the installation of a heat pump, which will allow us to completely end coal heating. The space formerly used as a coal storage room is planned to be transformed into a Sokol museum. However, we are still missing about 500,000 CZK (20 000 EUR) to complete the project by June 2026.
