At Matertera, we believe in the power of women coming together – to share, to support, and to grow. Our name means "mother’s sister", a helping hand in the time of uncertainties and change. That’s what we try to be for those starting over. Whether it’s a move to Prague, a career change, or finding new direction in life. Now we ask for your help to continue our activities.

print 100 copies of our Diary of an Immigrant, a practical guide through change (it costs about 400 CZK to print one copy)
cover graphic design, translation, and proofreading of the diaries and themed cards that support migrant women (we pay professionals 450 CZK/hour)
organize 4creative workshops and 4Career Talks with inspiring guest speakers
provide 40 hours of individual consultations for women going through a career or life transition (career counseling or coaching)
host a networking event for 30 women seeking support on their career journey
run a MasterMind group for 10 women who are looking for guidance in job searching or starting a business
