Your donations will help fund the association’s activities, including the following:
• We bring the Jewish history of Brno back to life. We commemorate important Brno personalities and celebrate the work of Jewish architects who shaped the city through dedicated lectures, discussions, exhibitions, and educational programmes. Every year we bring home the descendants of Jewish families who were forcibly expelled from Brno during the Second World War.
• We place and maintain the Stones of the Disappeared, commemorating the victims of the Holocaust in Brno. We take care of the Jewish cemetery in Brno and discover the forgotten stories of its gravestones.
• We create and present theatre productions that bring the stories of Jewish families to life. We screen films presented at the Kolnoa Israeli Film Festival.
• We are currently preparing the renovation of the Villa Wittal in cooperation with the Brno City Museum, in order to provide the ŠTETL Centre for Jewish Culture with a suitable facility. We also organise community events and present Jewish traditions to the public.
• We are developing the Library of Stolen Hopes in close cooperation with the Brno Jewish Community. This project is dedicated to the processing of a unique collection of 13,000 liturgical books confiscated by the Nazis during the Holocaust.

Nezapomenutelný spisovatel Karel Poláček a další. Čest jejich památce.
Very happy to support such a wonderful organization!
