Your donation will help bring 250 discarded windows to Ukraine, which will be used by the people of Zaporozhye to repair destroyed schools, hospitals and homes.

Thanks to the replacement windows, people do not have to leave their homes and can stay at home in Ukraine. Every discarded window that arrives in Ukraine with your contribution means a new chance for someone - to keep out the cold, wind and fear.

All 250 discarded windows from the current batch were donated by the city of Mimoň.

What your donation will provide:

➤ Rental of 2 trucks for the trip to Zaporozhye and back
➤ Fuel for 2 trucks for the trip there and back
➤ Salaries for 2 drivers for the trip there and back (2×12 days)

What is already ready:

✅ 250 windows, discarded after the reconstruction of houses in Mimon
✅ Volunteers who will professionally install the windows

Windows that are not yet reserved will be deposited in the city repair fund in Zaporozhye. From there, they will be distributed to those in need.

With your donation, you will join the successful Windows for Ukraine project, which has been operating since 2023. Thanks to you, windows from renovated houses that have already reached the end of their service life in the Czech Republic will be used where they are really needed. People would rather repair the walls of their houses than spend the winter without windows.

Every window discarded in the Czech Republic can mean new light for children at school, warmth for people in hospitals, or peace for their homes in Ukraine.
