The inn in Brantice, known as Ranč u Vojty, was swept away by water. It destroyed the equipment and supplies and caused damage that is devastating for its owner. People are in danger of losing a favourite meeting point, a place to share joys and sorrows, a place where the owner created a second home for them and where he organised festivals with immense care and kindness or organised help for the elderly and others in need. Now Mr. Bernert is in a situation where he needs help himself. With the funds raised, it would be possible to purchase new equipment and make the improvements necessary to make the space, which serves as a focal point for building and strengthening the local community, operational again.
