30 years of "normal" life as much independent as possible. DUHA association was a pioneer in in approach to adults with mental disabilities, was founded 30 years ago.
30 years of "normal" life as much independent as possible. DUHA association was a pioneer in in approach to adults with mental disabilities, was founded 30 years ago.
DUHA association changed the way of life of adult people with mental disabilities. Not in institutes any more, but at home. Offered an alternative to families, which hadn´t had any other possibility except the institutional care till then. Offered "normal" life to mentally disabled people and supported them only there, where needed.
